- Design real-time and event-driven integrations using Salesforce connectors, Streaming APIs, Pub/Sub API, REST, and SOAP.

- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Salesforce teams, developers, architects, and external vendor teams.

- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and integration designs.

- Define, negotiate, and document API specifications and integration contracts with external technical teams.

- Drive integration initiatives independently from scoping and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

- Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure adherence to integration standards and development best practices.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, Pub/Sub, Kafka/AMQP, Webhooks, and event-driven integration patterns.

- Experience with Salesforce Streaming APIs, Pub/Sub API, and real-time/event-driven integrations.

- Hands-on knowledge of MuleSoft API Manager, Exchange, Design Center, and Runtime Manager.

- Good understanding of integration security including OAuth 2.0, JWT, Mutual TLS, and API policies.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
