Role Overview:

As a Senior MuleSoft Integration Consultant, you will serve as the technical backbone for our enterprise integration initiatives, architecting scalable solutions that bridge complex legacy systems with modern cloud-native applications.

You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional product teams, enterprise architects, and key stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into robust API-led connectivity designs.

Your work will directly influence the digital transformation journey of our clients, ensuring seamless data flow, enhanced operational efficiency, and a superior end-user experience across the entire ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement high-performance integration patterns using the Anypoint Platform to ensure reliable data synchronization across disparate enterprise systems.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from initial API specification and design to deployment and post-production monitoring, to maintain high service availability for our global client base.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold engineering excellence and ensure adherence to industry-standard integration best practices.

- Optimize existing integration workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing performance tuning strategies that reduce latency and improve system throughput.

- Partner with business analysts to refine technical requirements, ensuring that every integration solution aligns perfectly with long-term business objectives and scalability needs.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex integration architectures using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange.

- Proven ability to design and secure RESTful and SOAP APIs, with a deep understanding of RAML, DataWeave, and OAuth security protocols.

- Exceptional analytical capabilities to troubleshoot complex production issues and provide sustainable, long-term technical resolutions.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence project direction through clear, data-backed communication.

- A collaborative mindset that thrives in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent deep-work with active participation in agile team ceremonies.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions within the 6 - 10 years experience bracket.
