Role Overview :

We are hiring a Sr. Manager Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade CRM and Power Platform solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure integrations, along with strong architectural and stakeholder management capabilities.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution design, development, and deployment across complex business environments, particularly within Sales and Service modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and deliver end-to-end solutions on Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) and Power Platform.

- Lead configuration, customization, and extension of D365 using plugins, custom APIs, and workflows.

- Develop and manage Power Pages / Power Apps Portals for both internal and external users.

- Design and implement Dataverse data models, security roles, and access controls.

- Build responsive and user-friendly portal interfaces using Liquid, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.

- Integrate D365 solutions with Power Automate workflows and external systems via APIs.

- Drive Azure-based integrations using services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

- Implement identity and access management configurations for secure application access.

- Develop PCF controls and extend platform capabilities using custom components.

- Ensure solution deployment and lifecycle management (ALM) using managed/unmanaged solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.

- Follow Agile practices and contribute to sprint planning and delivery using tools like Azure DevOps.

Core Skills & Requirements :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementations.

- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service modules mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with:

- Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas Apps)

- Power Automate

- Power Pages (Portals)

- Strong knowledge of Dataverse architecture, data modeling, and security frameworks.

- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript for client-side scripting and customization.

- Experience in REST API integrations and Azure integration services.

- Strong understanding of solution architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Custom Pages

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

- Exposure to enterprise-scale or multi-country CRM implementations

- Experience with data integrations using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Dual Write (F&O)

- Exposure to Field Service module
