We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our UX Design team. The ideal candidate will create high-impact product showreels for marketing channels while closely collaborating with UI/UX designers to build refined animations and micro-interactions for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Showreels & Marketing :

- Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for product launches, social media campaigns, and website assets.

UI/UX Motion Design :

- Partner with Product and UI/UX Designers to define motion language for applications.

- Design intuitive micro-interactions that enhance usability and elevate user experience.

Visual Storytelling :

- Translate product features, concepts, and marketing scripts into compelling storyboards and style frames prior to execution.

Technical Execution :

- Deliver smooth, polished, and production-ready animations that meet quality and performance standards.

Audio & SFX :

- Select appropriate sound effects and handle basic audio mixing to complement visual storytelling.

Innovation & Tools :

- Stay current with emerging AI tools, plugins, and industry trends to continuously improve workflows and creative output.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Experience : 3-5 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics / Motion Design.

Portfolio : A strong portfolio is mandatory, showcasing both promotional motion graphics (product showreels) and UI/UX motion interactions.

Software Expertise : Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

UI Motion Knowledge : Hands-on experience with tools or formats such as Lottie, Rive, and working with UI files from Figma.

3D Skills : Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3D workflows within After Effects is highly desirable for product visualizations. Strong attention to detail, storytelling ability, and a passion for high-quality motion design.
