About the role :

Were hiring a Mobile App Engineer to help build the future of real estate at Truva. Youll work directly with the CTO and founders to create high-impact mobile products that redefine how people buy and sell homes a true Spinny for homes. Youll build and ship fast across consumer, AI-powered, and partner-facing apps, including our customer app, AI Sales Assistant, and Indias only real estate partner platform. This is a high-ownership, product-first role where speed, quality, and impact matter. Were looking for someone whos AI-first, tech-agnostic, and experienced with modern mobile stacks like Android, iOS, React Native, or Flutter, and who thrives in fast-moving, product-driven teams.

Work directly with the CTO and other founders to redefine the online home buying experience. Essentially build a spinny for homes.

Were Looking For Someone who :

- 4+ years of experience in mobile app development using React Native within product-driven companies

- Ability to work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to build intuitive, high-quality mobile applications

- Strong focus on incorporating AI tools and workflows to enhance personal and team productivity by 10x

- Strong grasp of React Native architecture with the ability to debug and resolve issues at the native layer (Android/iOS) when pure JavaScript solutions fall short

- Solid mobile app development fundamentals

What youll work on :

- Truva Native App : An application that helps Truva customers buy and sell real estate. This app will define the worlds best online real estate experience

- AI Sales Assistant App : A native app that listens to all customer visits and acts as a AI Copilot to all our sales and acquisition folks

- TruPartners App : Indias only application for real estate agents and developers
