Role Summary :



We are seeking an experienced Martech /CRM Specialist with 10-12 years of experience in customer relationship management and marketing technology platforms.

The role will focus on managing CRM systems, integrating martech tools, enabling data-driven marketing campaigns, and improving customer engagement across channels.


Role & Responsibilities :


- Manage and optimize CRM platforms to support marketing, sales, and customer engagement initiatives.


- Implement and integrate martech tools (marketing automation, CDP, analytics, campaign management).


- Design and execute customer lifecycle, segmentation, and personalization strategies.


- Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals.


- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across CRM and martech systems.


- Build and monitor campaign performance dashboards and customer insights.


- Support automation of marketing workflows and lead management processes.


- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience through technology and analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications :



- 10-12 years of experience in CRM and marketing technology roles.


- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)


- Experience with marketing automation and martech stack integration.


- Strong understanding of customer data management, segmentation, and campaign orchestration.


- Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and customer journey optimization.


- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred :



- Experience with CDP, marketing analytics tools, and API-based integrations.


- Background in digital marketing, customer lifecycle management, or marketing operations.
