Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned consulting professional to lead and grow a Workday practice, driving successful implementations, managing client relationships, and delivering high-impact digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing consulting team

- Manage delivery across implementations, managed services, support, and custom development

- Collaborate with global teams to understand client needs and deliver impactful solutions

- Ensure delivery aligns with Workday methodologies and best practices

- Drive client satisfaction through quality, innovation, and reliable execution

- Foster cross-functional collaboration and strengthen client relationships

- Contribute to practice growth and business expansion

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years of experience in technology consulting

- Proven experience leading Workday implementations

- Strong expertise in enterprise applications, cloud technologies, and digital transformation

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Certifications :

- Workday HCM Core or Workday Integration Certification Required

- Additional Workday certifications are highly preferred

Qualifications :

- Masters degree / MBA preferred
