Senior Manager - Software Testing

Description :

- 8+ years in software quality assurance, with 3+ years in a QA leadership/managerial role.

- Proven experience in building and scaling QA teams and processes from scratch, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.

- Background in testing complex, integrated systems (IoT, embedded systems, supply chain, or automation software is a major plus).

- Deep expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and API testing.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Familiarity with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6).

- Bonus : Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, MQTT) or warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

- 3+ years of experience in a QA Lead / QA Manager / QA Leadership role.

- Proven experience in building QA teams and QA processes from scratch.

Strong hands-on expertise in :

- Automation frameworks (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright)

- API testing and validation

- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows (Jenkins / GitLab CI)

- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycle, and SDLC/STLC.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
