Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore professional with strong expertise in modern digital experience platforms, cloud technologies, and full-stack development.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud / XP, while aligning with modern architectural patterns like AI-first and event-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable Sitecore-based digital experience solutions using Sitecore XP / XM Cloud

- Develop and maintain applications using C# .NET full stack technologies

- Architect and deploy solutions on Azure cloud platform, ensuring high availability and scalability

- Build and optimize headless and composable architectures using GraphQL APIs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders

- Drive architecture decisions including system design, integrations, and performance optimization

- Implement DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, monitoring)

- Design and implement event-driven architectures for real-time data processing and integrations

- Ensure adherence to data governance and security standards

- Explore and integrate AI-first approaches to enhance personalization and user experience

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong experience with Sitecore XP and/or XM Cloud

- Proficiency in C# and .NET full stack development

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design

- Experience with GraphQL APIs and headless CMS architectures

- Proven experience in solution design and architecture

- Exposure to DevOps tools and practices (Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git)

Understanding of :

- AI-first architecture concepts

- Event-driven architecture (Kafka, Service Bus, etc.)

- Data governance and compliance frameworks

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in Sitecore Personalization and CDP

- Domain knowledge in :

a. Healthcare

b. Marketing / Digital Experience platforms

- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and personalization strategies
