Role Overview :

The Senior Manager - Enterprise Data & Analytics will provide strategic and execution leadership across enterprise data platforms, AI-led solutions, and engineering.

This role requires a seasoned leader with hands-on experience in production-grade GenAI implementations and a strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in complex, global environments.

The position carries end-to-end ownership of data, cloud, and AI strategy and execution within a reputed global enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage large, multi-disciplinary engineering and data organizations, driving high performance and accountability

- Define and own enterprise-wide data, cloud, and AI-led technology strategy aligned with business objectives

- Design, deliver, and scale GenAI and advanced analytics solutions into production with measurable business impact

- Drive high-priority, global programs end to end, managing complexity across stakeholders, geographies, and systems

- Ensure robust data governance, platform scalability, security, and compliance across enterprise environments

- Partner with senior business and technology leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps

- Build and mentor leadership talent, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 18 - 25 years of overall experience in data, analytics, engineering, and enterprise technology leadership

- Demonstrated experience managing large engineering or data organizations

- Proven, hands-on experience delivering GenAI solutions to production environments

- Strong background in enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, and AI-driven architectures

- Experience owning and executing enterprise-scale technology strategies

- Track record of successfully delivering complex, global programs end to end

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

- Experience working in large, global, matrixed organizations

- Strong business acumen with the ability to link technology outcomes to measurable value
