Job Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with mainframe technologies, including : COBOL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, and JCL.

- Background in supporting legacy applications, preferably within the railroad industry.

- Strong ability to debug and troubleshoot issues in large, complex codebases.

- Experience implementing and maintaining business rule changes.

- Solid understanding of online application flows, integrations, and message queues.

- Proven ability to work independently, multitask, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication skills with experience working directly with clients.

- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
