Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Python/LLM

Description :

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Solutions R&D team, focused on building and deploying production-grade ML, Deep Learning, and LLM-based systems for real-time analytics, predictive maintenance, and knowledge automation.

This is a hands-on R&D role involving experimentation, model optimization, and close collaboration with domain experts and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and validate ML/DL models using Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost).

- Develop models for classification, regression, anomaly detection, time-series forecasting, and NLP.

- Build and deploy LLM, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI systems for knowledge automation and semantic search.

- Work with real-time and time-series data from logs, sensors, and unstructured sources.

- Deploy models into production using Docker, APIs, and microservices.

- Implement model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.

- Conduct applied research and prototype AI solutions for real-world use cases.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong Python and ML/DL frameworks experience.

- Hands-on experience with time-series or unstructured data.

- Exposure to LLMs, RAG pipelines, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar tools.

- Experience deploying ML models to production.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Vector databases (FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone).

- IoT / industrial sensor data experience.

- Predictive maintenance use cases.

- MLOps, model optimization, or cloud exposure.
