Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Linux & Rust Developer with strong systems programming expertise. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize high-performance, secure, and scalable applications on Linux platforms using Rust.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain system-level and backend applications using Rust

- Work extensively on Linux-based systems, including kernel/user-space interactions

- Optimize performance, memory usage, and concurrency in applications

- Develop and maintain multithreaded, asynchronous, and high-availability services

- Debug complex system issues using tools like gdb, strace, perf, valgrind

- Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and QA teams

- Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices

- Participate in system design, technical discussions, and architecture reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of overall software development experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Rust programming

- Deep expertise in Linux OS internals, file systems, networking, and processes

- Experience with system programming, low-level memory management, and concurrency

- Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash)

- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, sockets, and networking protocols

- Experience with debugging and performance profiling tools on Linux

- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines
