Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user interface design, user experience research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

Total Experience: 5 - 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to understand user needs.

- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and design guidelines.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.

- Ensure consistency in design, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across platforms.

- Translate business requirements into effective user-centered design solutions.

- Incorporate user feedback and analytics to continuously improve product experiences.

- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

- Strong knowledge of user interface and user experience design principles.

- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Understanding of user research, usability testing, and interaction design.

- Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile application design.

- Strong visual design, typography, layout, and color theory skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects is preferred.
