Role Overview :

As a Senior / Lead Salesforce Developer, you will serve as a technical anchor for complex implementation projects, translating intricate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and client stakeholders, to design and deploy robust applications. Your work will directly influence the technical roadmap of our clients, ensuring that their Salesforce ecosystem remains agile, secure, and highly performant to meet evolving business demands.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-quality custom applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components to address unique client business challenges.

- Design and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise.

- Lead the technical design process by translating functional requirements into efficient, maintainable code structures that adhere to Salesforce best practices.

- Perform advanced Salesforce administration tasks, including security model configuration, complex workflow automation, and data management to optimize system performance.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and promoting engineering excellence to maintain high standards of delivery.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues within the Salesforce environment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous business operations.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing sophisticated solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and the Salesforce Lightning Design System.

- Proven ability to design and implement robust Salesforce integration patterns using various API protocols to connect disparate enterprise systems.

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration, with the ability to manage complex security settings, profiles, and permission sets effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative team discussions.

- A minimum of 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture within a consulting or enterprise environment.

- High degree of adaptability to work in a remote-first or distributed team environment, maintaining productivity and alignment with project timelines.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software engineering.
