- Salesforce Communications Cloud optimization, including :

1. Alignment of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Comms Cloud capabilities

2. Improved Lead-to-Cash journey (from opportunity to fulfilment)

- Optimization of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) catalogue and workflows

- Streamlining order management and service delivery processes

- Integration with existing systems (Integration layer, billing, ERP, network tools)

- Enhancing data flow consistency across CRM and downstream platforms

Support for :

- Workflow automation

- CRM process configuration

- Integration enablement and API orchestration
