Role Overview :

As a Senior/Lead/Principal Consultant for ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps, you will serve as the primary architect and subject matter expert for our clients' risk and security automation initiatives. You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders, security teams, and IT leadership to translate complex regulatory requirements and threat landscapes into robust, automated workflows on the ServiceNow platform. Your work directly impacts the organizational resilience of our clients, ensuring they can proactively identify risks, manage compliance mandates, and respond to security incidents with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations (SecOps) solutions to streamline compliance and threat response for enterprise clients.

- Lead the configuration of ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management, to align with industry-standard frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC2.

- Orchestrate the integration of SecOps modules with existing security toolchains to automate vulnerability response and incident management processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring high-quality, scalable platform delivery.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best-practice adherence.

- Conduct workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive platform adoption and ensure the implemented solutions effectively mitigate identified business risks.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and deploying ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps modules within complex, multi-environment enterprise landscapes.

- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform configuration, including advanced scripting, business rules, client scripts, and workflow automation.

- Ability to communicate complex technical risk and security concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between IT strategy and business objectives.

- Proven track record of managing end-to-end implementation lifecycles, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to post-deployment support.

- Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance for high-volume security and risk data.

- Flexibility to operate effectively in a distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across multiple locations.
