We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Pega Developer with a strong background in Pega CLM/KYC, end-to-end application development on Pega Infinity, and deep knowledge of modern UI frameworks including Theme Cosmos, UI Kit, and Cosmos React.

The role requires strong technical expertise along with leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide the development team and ensure high-quality solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and configure Pega applications from scratch, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.

- Lead and own the end-to-end delivery of Pega CLM/KYC modules, including onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessment processes.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture and implementation approaches.

- Build modern, responsive user interfaces using Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, and UI Kit, based on application requirements and user experience goals.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

- Mentor junior developers, enforce development best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering standards and processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Pega layers, working closely with cross-functional teams where required.

- Prepare technical documentation, effort estimations, design specifications, and solution documentation as required.

- Provide technical guidance to the development team and take ownership of critical deliverables.

- Ensure solutions follow Pega best practices, coding standards, performance guidelines, and enterprise architecture principles.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Pega Development.

- Experience with Pega Infinity and end-to-end application development.

- Strong experience in Pega CLM/KYC.

- Good understanding of Customer Onboarding, Due Diligence, and Risk Assessment processes.

- Hands-on experience with Theme Cosmos, UI Kit, and Cosmos React.

- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, application design, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Experience in technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and solution design.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience working on complex enterprise-scale Pega implementations.

- Experience in designing modern Pega user experiences using Cosmos-based frameworks.

- Experience collaborating with business, architecture, QA, and other technical teams.

- Pega certifications such as CSA / CSSA would be an advantage.
