- Monitor overall network health, performance, and availability across all platforms.

- Troubleshoot critical network incidents and drive rapid resolution with ownership and accountability.

- Handle user requests, BAU operations, and ad-hoc network enhancements.

- Participate in implementation, configuration, and continuous tuning of network components.

- Collaborate with global teams to maintain a secure, resilient, and optimized network environment.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers when required.

- Document network configurations, incidents, and processes to ensure knowledge continuity.

Core Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

- Routers: Cisco

- Switching: Aruba or Cisco Nexus

- Wireless & Access Control: Aruba Wireless, Aruba ClearPass

- Firewall: Palo Alto

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills :

- F5 Load Balancer

- Zscaler or Netskope Proxy

- Cisco Nexus ACI

- SD-WAN (Aruba or equivalent)

- Exposure to NSX

Additional Desired Experience :

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities with an ownership mindset.

- Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux/Windows systems, SNMP, and Active Directory.

- Hands-on experience across multiple network/security platforms (Aruba Wireless, ClearPass, ACI, F5, Netskope, NSX).

- Professional certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are a plus.

- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach and ability to remain calm under pressure
