As a Lead or Senior Lead in Business Analytics, you will spearhead the design and implementation of sophisticated analytical frameworks that serve as the backbone for strategic business initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and internal leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust data models and scalable analytical solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain comprehensive data models that support complex business reporting and advanced analytical requirements across multiple departments.

- Develop and manage enterprise-grade data catalogs to ensure data lineage, metadata integrity, and seamless discoverability for all business users.

- Design and execute complex SQL queries and Python-based data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from disparate sources into unified analytical environments.

- Partner with business leaders to identify key performance indicators and translate these into automated dashboards and predictive models that drive operational efficiency.
