Senior Laravel Developer - TALL Stack

Role Description :

We are hiring a Sr. Laravel Developer (TALL Stack) to strengthen our engineering team and support the development of high-performance, scalable applications.

The role involves working with large datasets (1+ million records), complex job queues, and performance-. critical systems, while delivering clean, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities (What Youll Do) :

- Build, enhance, and maintain scalable Laravel applications and RESTful APIs.

- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following SOLID principles.

- Design, manage, and optimize large MySQL databases.

- Develop reactive and user-friendly front-end experiences using Tailwind CSS,. Alpine.js, and Livewire.

- Handle background jobs, queues, caching, and performance optimization.

- Implement security best practices and data protection standards.

- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks from requirement analysis to final delivery.

- Proactively communicate task progress, risks, and challenges.

Technical Skills (What Makes You a Great Fit) :

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with PHP Laravel.

- Strong experience with TALL Stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire).

- Solid understanding of core PHP, Laravel framework, and MySQL.

- Clear knowledge of SOLID principles and ACID properties.

- Hands-on experience with Git (branching, merging, conflict resolution).

- Experience using project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Notion.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and clean architecture.
