Role Overview :

As a Senior Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant, you will serve as a lead architect and functional advisor for our high-profile clients, overseeing the end-to-end implementation of supply chain planning solutions. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical configurations, ensuring that the RapidResponse platform is optimized to meet specific demand and supply planning objectives. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions that significantly enhance supply chain visibility and responsiveness for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse workbooks, dashboards, and views to address specific supply chain planning challenges for enterprise clients.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and data modeling to final deployment and user training.

- Collaborate with business process owners to translate complex supply chain strategies into functional system requirements that improve planning accuracy.

- Perform complex data modeling and integration tasks to ensure seamless connectivity between RapidResponse and existing ERP environments like SAP SCM.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and system optimization to resolve performance bottlenecks and enhance the reliability of planning processes.

- Mentor junior consultants and project team members on best practices for platform configuration and supply chain domain knowledge.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and deploying Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions across multiple supply chain planning modules.

- Strong technical proficiency in data modeling, resource management, and supply chain analytics within the RapidResponse environment.

- Proven ability to integrate Kinaxis platforms with SAP SCM and other major ERP systems to create unified planning ecosystems.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business problems and design scalable, sustainable technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.

- A minimum of 6 - 10 years of professional experience in supply chain management consulting or related technical implementation roles.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with distributed teams based in our Bangalore office and across global client sites.

- A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a reputable institution is highly preferred.
