Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Designer with strong expertise in Telecom Network Orchestration and hands-on knowledge of Flow-One or NOrC products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing complex technical solutions, driving architecture discussions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within agile teams.

Domain Skills :

- Network Orchestration product experience (Flow-One or NOrC).

- Telecom domain knowledge including NMS, OSS, BSS.

- Understanding of end-to-end telecom service workflows.

Technical Skills :

- Java (Core & Advanced)

- Spring Boot 2.5 (Advanced)

- REST API design & development

- DevOps exposure

Desired Competencies :

Must Have :

- Strong experience in Telecom NMS

- Hands-on experience with Flow-One or NOrC

- BPMN Workflows (Camunda) advanced

- JSON processing using Java advanced

- Java Expression Language (JEXL) advanced

- Apache NiFi advanced

- Expertise in REST API processing using Java

- Experience in DevOps & CI/CD pipelines

- Database experience : MariaDB, Cassandra

- Experience with Apache Kafka, Groovy scripting

- Familiarity with Kubernetes

- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies

Good to Have :

- Hands-on experience with : Containers, Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes

- Experience working with Nokia OSS / DO products

- Deeper domain understanding of 5G technologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable solutions for telecom orchestration platforms.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical design.

- Create detailed design documents, workflows, and technical specifications.

- Mentor junior developers and review design/code to ensure high quality.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues in complex distributed systems
