- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and manage RESTful APIs ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

- Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions.

- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines to support cloud-native deployments.

- Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

- Participate in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.

- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and backend application development.

- Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

- Experience with Git and modern version control workflows.

- Solid understanding of testing frameworks and test-driven development practices.

- Exposure to CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns.

- Basic to intermediate front-end exposure, preferably React.js.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Elasticsearch.

- Familiarity with Axon Framework.

- Experience with monitoring and deployment tools such as Grafana and ArgoCD.

- Experience working in microservices-based architectures.
