Role Overview :

As a Senior Java Developer , you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and maintenance of our core platform and microservices architecture. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions. Your work will directly impact the performance and functionality of our products, enabling our clients to better manage their financial operations and navigate the complexities of the modern financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Java-based microservices to support our core platform.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to coding standards and promoting code quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our systems.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior developers.

- Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient coding practices and database design.

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex Java-based applications and microservices.

- Proven expertise in Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks for building enterprise-level applications.

- Strong understanding of relational databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, with experience in database design and optimization.

- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, including services like EC2, S3, and RDS.

- Proficiency in front-end development using React.js to build user interfaces.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
