Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Engineer (AV-VC Services) to lead the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise-wide Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) solutions. The role will focus on ensuring seamless, secure, and reliable virtual communication experiences by managing OEM AV solutions, VC hardware/software, and integrations with platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and others.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, implement, and support AV and VC solutions across the organization.

- Manage installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Cisco VC hardware and software.

- Integrate VC systems with collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.)

- Configure and maintain SIP protocol, RTP, H.323, NAT, and VPN for secure communication.

- Perform VPN configuration and management for secure remote collaboration.

- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability of AV-VC services.

- Provide end-user support for VC meetings, events, and townhalls.

- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and network teams to ensure interoperability and security.

- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.

- Evaluate emerging AV-VC technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Strong knowledge of AV solutions, OEM AV systems, and VC technologies.

- Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of VC systems.

- Expertise in SIP, RTP, H.323, NAT, VPN setup & configuration.

- Familiarity with Cisco VC hardware and AV infrastructure.

- Experience with integration of collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.)

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for end-user support.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with enterprise-level AV/VC deployments in large organizations.

- Knowledge of networking protocols and security practices in AV-VC environments.

- Certification in relevant OEM AV or Cisco technologies (preferred but not mandatory)
