We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Integration Developer to join our fast-growing healthcare technology team. You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable healthcare integrations using FHIR R4, HL7, .NET technologies, and modern API frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable healthcare integrations using FHIR R4 and HL7 standards.

- Build and enhance RESTful APIs, Web Services, and enterprise-grade integration solutions.

- Develop high-performance backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/Web API.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Create reusable, extensible, and maintainable application components.

- Troubleshoot integration issues, debug production incidents, and perform root cause analysis.

- Work with SQL Server for database development, optimization, and performance tuning.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability, security, and regulatory standards.

- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and delivery quality.

- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

Mandatory Skills :

- 3 to 7 years of experience in software development, preferably within healthcare technology.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. FHIR R4 APIs

2. HL7 integrations

3. C#

4. ASP.NET MVC / .NET Core

5. Web APIs

6. MS SQL Server

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML, and API security.

- Experience in designing scalable and secure application architectures.

- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control systems (Git).

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
