- Integration Architecture & Build : Architect, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server (Schemas, Maps, Pipelines, Orchestrations, and Custom Pipeline Components).

- Adapter & Interface Configuration : Configure and support standard/custom adapters (WCF, SQL, SFTP, HTTP/REST, SOAP, File, and MQ Series).

- Environment Support & Optimization : Monitor message tracking, diagnose suspended instances, resolve production bottlenecks, and optimize BizTalk databases (MessageBox/Tracking).

- Technical Leadership : Lead solution design reviews, enforce development best practices, and collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, and QA teams.

- Deployment & CI/CD : Manage deployment scripts, MSI packaging, binding files, and automated deployment pipelines across environments.

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration using Microsoft BizTalk Server (2016 / 2020 preferred).

- Core Development : Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Framework for building custom pipeline components, custom functoids, helper libraries, and WCF/REST services.

- Data Transformation : Deep mastery of XML technologies, including XSLT, XSD schemas, XPath, and flat-file disassembling/assembling.

- Database Skills : Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and BizTalk database maintenance concepts.

- Integration Protocols : Solid experience with web service standards (REST, SOAP, JSON), secure transfer protocols (SFTP, AS2), and enterprise messaging.

- DevOps & Tooling : Proficient with Azure DevOps / Git for source control, versioning, and release management.

Nice to Have Skills :

- Experience migrating BizTalk workloads to other Middleware (Boomi, Mulesoft, API Management).

- Familiarity with ERP adapters (e.g., SAP .NET Connector / WCF-SAP).

- Microsoft Azure or BizTalk certifications.
