Job Description :

- Work as a Senior Guidewire Business Analyst with strong insurance domain expertise.

- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and user stories across Guidewire platforms including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.

- Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

- Drive requirement workshops, discussions, and solution walkthroughs with business and technical teams.

- Ensure alignment of business requirements with system capabilities and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead requirement elicitation, documentation, and analysis activities.

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Support solution design, UAT, and implementation phases.

- Ensure high-quality documentation including BRD, FRD, and user stories.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications :

- Extensive experience as a Guidewire Business Analyst in the insurance domain.

- Strong knowledge of Rating / BillingCenter (Mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Australia Motor Insurance product (added advantage).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Ability to drive process improvements and business transformation initiatives.
