Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Gen AI Developer with deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready systems for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, transformers, and generative architectures.

- Build and fine-tune models for NLP, conversational AI, and multimodal applications.

- Architect and deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.

- Optimize performance of AI models for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.

- Integrate APIs and pipelines for seamless data ingestion, preprocessing, and model serving.

- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI development.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of software development with at least 3+ years in AI/ML.

- Strong expertise in LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG pipelines).

- Hands-on with GenAI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers).

- Cloud proficiency (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).

- Programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.

- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for retrieval-augmented generation.

- Strong problem-solving and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in multimodal AI (text, image, speech integration).

- Exposure to enterprise-scale deployments with high availability and security.

- Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research.

- Ability to lead AI initiatives and drive innovation across teams.
