Senior GenAI/Agentic AI Engineer

Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer with strong experience in designing and deploying production-grade Generative AI systems and autonomous agent-based architectures.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration systems deployed on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop GenAI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Build and deploy Agentic AI systems (autonomous decision-making workflows)

- Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines

- Develop multi-agent orchestration frameworks using tools like LangChain / LlamaIndex

- Integrate vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)

- Fine-tune or optimize LLMs for domain-specific use cases

- Implement prompt engineering and tool/function calling strategies

- Deploy AI solutions on AWS / Azure / GCP

- Ensure scalability, monitoring, and cost optimization

- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams

Mandatory Skills :

- 7+ years overall experience in AI/ML or Data Science

- 2+ years hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM-based systems

- Strong Python programming skills

- Experience with :

1. LangChain or LlamaIndex

2. RAG architecture

3. LLM APIs (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini)

- Experience designing Agentic workflows or multi-agent systems

- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone / FAISS / Chroma / Weaviate)

- Strong understanding of NLP and deep learning concepts
