Description :

The Senior Frontend Developer will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, enterprise-grade web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and frontend engineering best practices.

The role requires strong expertise in Angular or React, responsive and accessible UI design, performance optimization, and test-driven development.

The candidate will work closely with backend engineers, UX designers, and product teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and user-centric frontend solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade frontend applications using Angular or React.

- Implement responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+ / TypeScript).

- Apply object-oriented JavaScript and component-based design principles to build scalable UI architectures.

- Develop and maintain automated tests using BDD and TDD practices with tools such as Karma, Jest, and Cypress.

- Optimize application performance, including page load times, state management, and rendering efficiency.

- Utilize modern build and bundling tools such as Babel, npm/yarn, Webpack, or Parcel.

- Consume and integrate REST/JSON-based web services into frontend applications.

- Collaborate with UX, backend, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

- Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Maintain source code using Git and support CI/CD processes for frontend deployments.

Years of Experience : 5 to 8 years of strong hands-on experience in frontend development for enterprise-grade web applications.

Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional) :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Frontend or UI/UX-related certifications are an added advantage.

Skill Set Required :

Must Have :

- Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented JavaScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+ / TypeScript).

- Expertise in Angular frameworks.

- Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

- Advanced understanding of CSS pre-processors such as SASS or LESS.

- Proven experience with BDD and TDD methodologies using Karma, Jest, and Cypress.

- Strong experience in performance optimization, state management, and frontend architecture patterns.

- Hands-on experience with REST/JSON-based web services integration.

- Proficiency with build tools such as Babel, npm/yarn, Webpack, or Parcel.

- Experience with Git and continuous integration tools.

- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and UI/UX best practices.
