Job Description :

Core Responsibilities :

- Mono-repo Mastery : Build and maintain a single Flutter codebase for Web, Android, and iOS, ensuring 90%+ code reuse.

- AI-Driven UI Generation : Use GenAI to rapidly prototype and iterate on core dashboards (Earnings, Charges, Discounts, Refunds, Ads).

- Complex Visualizations : Implement high-performance charts and "Drill-down" carousels for real-time rendering.

- Contract-First Integration : Work with Backend/AI agents to consume robust API signatures for Payout Intelligence.

Requirements :

Category Skills & Experience :

Must-Have :

- 5+ years in Flutter/Dart with a portfolio of hybrid apps (Web + iOS + Android).

- Expert-level usage of Cursor, Claude Code, or Replit for automation.

- Deep understanding of Impeller rendering and state management (Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc).

Should-Have :

- Experience building data-dense, responsive dashboards for mobile and web.

- Ability to handle complex financial metrics with pixel-perfect accuracy.

- Experience with daily code check-ins and strict branching strategies.

Good-To-Have :

- Degree in CS/Engineering from a premier institution (IITs/NITs/BITS).

- Proficiency in D3.js or Canvas-based animations for data storytelling.
