Job Title : Senior Flutter Developer

Location : Bangalore (On-site)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Experience Required : 4 to 5 Years

Company Overview :

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter

- Design and implement scalable application architectures following Clean Architecture principles

- Manage application state efficiently using Bloc/Cubit

- Build reusable, responsive, and high-performance UI components

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services securely

- Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, and Backend teams

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues

- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code

- Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices

- Guide junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making

Required Skills :

- 45 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development

- Strong expertise in Bloc/Cubit state management

- Solid understanding of Clean Architecture and scalable app structures

- Experience in Android and iOS mobile application development

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON parsing, and third-party integrations

- Experience with Firebase services such as Authentication, Push Notifications, Analytics, and Firestore

- Good understanding of app performance optimization techniques

- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

- Experience deploying applications to Play Store and App Store

- Familiarity with unit testing and widget testing in Flutter

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
