Job Description : Senior FLEXCUBE Technical / Functional Consultant (v14.x)

Location : Remote (Work From Home)

Experience : 8+ Years

Domain : Core Banking (Mandatory Islamic Banking Experience)

Role Overview :

Core Banking Modules Expertise :

- Term Deposits

- Loans (Retail & Corporate)

- Trade Finance

- Treasury (Forex, Money Markets, Securities, Derivatives)

- Payments & Clearing

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE (v12.x to v14.x)

- Experience in Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM)

- Knowledge of FLEXCUBE modules :

1. CASA

2. Core Banking (CL/OBCL)

3. OBPM

4. OBBRN

5. OBTFPM

6. Loan Origination

- Strong experience in system implementation, migration, and support projects

- Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

- Experience in business requirement gathering and documentation

- Ability to create functional specifications and non-technical documents

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience in incident management, issue tracking, and resolution

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Mandatory Requirement :

- Understanding of Sharia-compliant banking products and processes

- Experience working with Islamic banking modules in FLEXCUBE

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Exposure to integration with third-party banking systems

- Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and basic technical customization

- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working with global banking clients
