Job Title : Senior Consultant - Asana Governance & Digital Transformation

Work Mode : Onsite

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior External Consultant to support the Delivery Governance team in designing, implementing, and scaling a robust digital work governance model across the organization. The role will focus on governing Asana environments, enabling executive reporting, driving low-code/no-code solutions, and accelerating innovation through AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level governance frameworks for Asana

- Establish scalable standards, workflows, and best practices for digital work management

- Enable executive reporting and insights through Power BI dashboards

- Drive low-code/no-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate

- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency

- Support innovation initiatives using AI, agentic workflows, and rapid prototyping tools (e.g., Cursor)

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions

- Ensure alignment of governance models with business processes and operational frameworks

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in Asana governance, PMO transformation, work management, or digital operations

- Proven experience managing and governing enterprise-scale Asana environments

- Strong expertise in Power BI dashboarding, reporting logic, and executive analytics

- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate

- Solid understanding of business process design and governance frameworks

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to work independently and drive execution

Additional Requirements :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Asana Ability to work in an onsite environment
