Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced EPM Senior Developer (SC Planning) responsible for the development, implementation, and support of Oracle Hyperion Planning, PBCS/EPBCS, Essbase applications, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions that address complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Function as Application Design Architect/Lead for Hyperion Planning and Essbase application development

- Design, develop, and implement Oracle Hyperion Planning, PBCS, and EPBCS solutions

- Complete end-to-end implementation of EPM projects

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Forms, Task Lists, Reports, and Data Integrations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

- Support platform integrations with third-party applications

- Design and develop scalable and efficient planning and budgeting solutions

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of Oracle EPM / Hyperion Planning experience

- Strong experience in Hyperion Planning, PBCS, EPBCS, and Essbase

- Experience in full-cycle EPM implementation projects

- Expertise in Requirement Gathering and Business Analysis

- Strong knowledge of Planning Models including :

1. P&L Planning

2. Balance Sheet Planning

3. Workforce Planning

4. Capex Planning

5. Project Planning

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Business Rules

2. Data Forms

3. Task Lists

4. Reports

5. Planning Modules

- Understanding of planning interdependencies and forecasting processes

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment
