We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Business Analyst with deep expertise in NetSuite to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions, ensuring our NetSuite ecosystem aligns with global operational goals.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Supply Chain, and IT leadership, to translate business challenges into high-impact system configurations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze complex business processes to design and implement NetSuite solutions that streamline operations and improve reporting accuracy for executive stakeholders.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of NetSuite enhancements, from gathering requirements and drafting functional specifications to overseeing UAT and final deployment.

- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot system bottlenecks, ensuring that the NetSuite environment remains stable and performant during high-growth periods.

- Develop custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards that provide actionable insights to department heads, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Manage system integrations and data migrations, ensuring that third-party applications communicate effectively with NetSuite to maintain a single source of truth.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP configuration, including deep knowledge of SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteFlow to automate manual business processes.

- Exhibit strong analytical thinking to deconstruct complex business problems and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements for development teams.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project timelines, scope, and expected business outcomes.

- Possess a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade NetSuite projects.
