About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager (Mobile) to lead high-performing engineering teams across iOS, Android, and Backend development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to drive product delivery while mentoring and scaling teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage mobile engineering teams across iOS, Android, and Backend.

- Drive architecture, development, and delivery of scalable mobile applications.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to define engineering roadmaps.

- Ensure engineering best practices, code quality, performance, and reliability.

- Mentor engineering managers and senior developers while fostering a strong engineering culture.

- Manage team planning, hiring, performance reviews, and career development.

Required Skills :

- 12 to 15 years of software engineering experience.

- Strong experience in iOS, Android, and Backend development.

- Proven experience leading large engineering teams and managing people.

- Strong understanding of system design, mobile architecture, APIs, and cloud-based applications.

- Experience delivering complex products in an agile environment.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
