Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain solutions and integrations leveraging one or more of the following technologies: Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC), Oracle Digital Customer Services (DCS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical integration designs.

- Ensure quality through SDLC methodology - development, unit testing, documentation, deployment, and post-deployment support.

- Troubleshoot application, integration and data issues, providing root cause analysis and permanent fixes.

- Contribute to reusable integration patterns and industry standards to improve delivery consistency.

Must-Have Skills :

- 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in one or more of the technologies: OCC, Oracle DCS, OIC.

- Strong proficiency building and maintaining applications and integrations using the above technologies.

- Solid skills in SQL and PL/SQL for queries, transformations, and reports.

- Knowledge of ERP modules and their integration points.

- Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and File-based integrations.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- High level of adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and customer focus.

- Ability to collaborate across global teams and build trusted stakeholder relationships.

Nice-to-Have :

- Oracle certifications in one or more of the technologies: OCC, Oracle DCS, OIC.

- Exposure to performance tuning for integrations and SQL queries.

- Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and CI/CD practices.
