Role Description:

- Strong expertise in Oracle VBCS to design, develop and maintain cloud based integrations and front-end applications across Oracle SaaS.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud, REST/ SOAP APIs and low code application development using VBCS.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that connect various applications and services, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

Responsibilities:

- Drive integration best practices and use of OIC with a high level of understanding of Oracle solutions to drive integrations and architecture of business-critical operations and technical dependencies.

- Implement architected structures including Oracle systems and tools, such as Visual Builder Studio, VBCS, APEX, Fusion, ERP, etc. solutions.

- Create and configure connections, lookup tables and scheduled orchestrations.

- Develop BIP reports, extract data using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI reports and consume them in OIC and VBCS.

- Develop ORDS APIs for the data stored in ATP database APIs.

- Develop conversions using FBDI process.

- Develop and implement workflows, APIs, and data mapping using OIC and associated tools and/or systems.

- Monitor and maintain integration flows, handle errors and perform root cause analysis.

- Ensure integration complies with company policies, industry standards and security best practices.

- Good understanding of OCI resources.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and recommend solutions and forward looking and scalable strategies.

- Collaborate with quality teams to monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure high availability and performance.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and team members.

- Stay up-to-date with Oracle technologies and industry trends to recommend leading practices and enhancements.

- Document integration processes, architectural designs, and technical specifications.

- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all integration activities.

- Drive the overall teams success by embracing the cultural beliefs and encouraging the team to always improve.

- Remain agile to adapt to a fast-paced environment and to quickly adjust to the market demands.

- Ensure Software Engineering best practices are documented and followed by the engineering team.

- Ensure mentorship and training documentation as well as on-boarding documentation and processes are captured and kept current.
