Key Responsibilities

- Build scalable, production-ready Generative AI and LLM solutions, specifically focusing on techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), advanced Prompt Engineering, and model fine-tuning.

- Lead the development and implementation of robust CI/CD and MLOps pipelines tailored for Generative AI applications, ensuring automated deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

- Design and implement comprehensive model lifecycle management and monitoring tools, ensuring the health, performance, and explainability of AI models in production.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, backend, and frontend developers, to ensure seamless AI model integration into various applications and services.

- Conduct in-depth performance tuning and optimization of machine learning infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce latency.

- Support frontend integration efforts, working with teams utilizing React.js or Node.js, to ensure effective consumption and display of AI-driven functionalities.

- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for AI models, MLOps processes, and solution architectures, and stay consistently updated with the latest advancements and trends in the AI industry.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of strong development experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL).

- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for developing AI solutions and integrations.

- Backend/API Development : Experience with frameworks like FastAPI and Flask.

- Frontend Development : Strong familiarity with React.js and Node.js for integrating AI functionalities into web applications.

- DevOps : Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and designing CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workloads.

- Databases : Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.

Qualifications :

- B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.Tech/ MCA/ MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
