Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of OpenLink Endur solutions across enterprise trading platforms.

- Provide technical leadership for large-scale ETRM implementations, upgrades, and transformations.

- Define best practices, coding standards, and governance for Endur development and customization.

- Collaborate with business, trading desks, risk, finance, and operations teams to design scalable solutions.

- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to standards.

- Design, develop, and enhance OpenLink Endur solutions supporting Oil, Gas, Power, and LNG trading.

- Perform hands-on development using JVS (Java Version Scripting) for :

a. Deal workflows

b. Risk calculations

c. Automation and reporting

d. Custom business logic

- Configure and customize :

a.. Trading instruments

b. Deal templates

c. Workflow automation

d. Accounting and settlement interfaces

e.. Trading & Risk Platform Implementation

- Drive end-to-end implementation including :

a. Requirement gathering

b. Technical design

c. Development & configuration

d. Testing & deployment

e. Production support and optimization

- Work across Endur modules including :

a. Front Office : Trading, Scheduling, Deal Management

b. Middle Office : Risk Management, Valuation, Market Data, P&L

c. Back Office : Settlements, Accounting, Confirmations

d. Design and implement integrations between Endur and enterprise systems using :

a. OpenLink APIs

b. Open Components

c. Database interfaces

d. External market data and financial systems

- Optimize data flow, reporting, and reconciliation processes across platforms.

- Ensure platform scalability, stability, and performance for high-volume trading environments.

- Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues and system performance bottlenecks.

- Drive system modernization, upgrades, and platform transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 20+ years of experience in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems.

- Extensive hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur implementation and customization.

- Deep expertise in JVS (Java Version Scripting) development.

- Strong experience across Front, Middle, and Back Office trading workflows.

- Strong domain knowledge in :

a. Oil & Gas trading

b. LNG and Power trading

c. Commodity risk and valuation

d. Trade lifecycle and settlements

Strong experience with :

- Endur configuration and workflow customization

- Market data and valuation frameworks

- Accounting and settlement processes

- Enterprise system integrations

- Strong database knowledge and SQL expertise.

- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations.

Leadership & Stakeholder Skills :

- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders, trading desks, and business leadership.

- Proven track record in leading global delivery teams.

- Strong mentoring, architectural, and decision-making capabilities.

Good to Have :

- Experience in Endur upgrades, cloud migration, or platform modernization initiatives.

- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD for ETRM systems.

- Experience working with global commodity trading organizations.
