Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Model-Driven Apps. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization, Azure integrations, data migration, and C# development, with familiarity using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or Codex to improve engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Model-Driven Apps.

- Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and Azure services.

- Develop Azure Functions and backend services using C# and .NET.

- Design and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Dataverse/Dynamics 365.

- Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript customizations, and integrations using Dynamics 365 SDK and Web APIs.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and functional consultants to deliver scalable solutions.

- Apply AI-assisted development practices using tools such as Claude or Codex to improve development efficiency and code quality.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 development experience.

- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and custom Model-Driven Apps.

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and Azure Functions.

- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure services such as API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, and Azure Storage.

- Proven experience with data migration, ETL processes, Dataverse, and large-scale data loads.

- Expertise in Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflow activities, Power Platform, and Web APIs.

- Familiarity with source control, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.

- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude or Codex.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.

- Experience with enterprise-scale CRM transformation projects.

- Knowledge of security, performance optimization, and integration best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
