Role Overview :

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant / Developer, you will serve as the primary technical and functional architect for complex ERP implementations and system enhancements. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into high-performing technical solutions. By bridging the gap between legacy processes and modern cloud-based workflows, you will directly influence the operational efficiency and digital maturity of our clients, ensuring that every deployment is optimized for performance, scalability, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects by managing the full software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final system deployment and user training.

- Design and develop custom extensions using AL and C/AL to tailor Business Central functionality to unique client business processes.

- Architect seamless system integrations between Business Central and third-party applications or internal platforms to ensure data consistency across the enterprise.

- Execute complex data migration strategies to ensure the secure and accurate transition of historical data into new cloud environments.

- Leverage the Power Platform to build automated workflows and analytical dashboards that provide actionable insights for business decision-makers.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support to resolve critical system issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining high service levels for clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a deep understanding of both functional configuration and technical development using AL and C/AL.

- Proven ability to design and implement system integrations and data migration strategies within large-scale ERP environments.

- Strong proficiency in the Power Platform, specifically in creating Power Automate flows and Power BI reports to extend ERP capabilities.

- Experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure components relevant to Business Central deployments and security.

- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.

- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in ERP consulting or development, with a track record of delivering successful implementations.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Bangalore, collaborating with both local teams and remote clients to meet project milestones.
