We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who is passionate about building and operating high-scale infrastructure systems. In this role, you will help design, automate, and operate infrastructure that powers large-scale production systems while enabling engineering teams to deploy and scale services independently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and manage end-to-end infrastructure across non-production and production environments

- Build and maintain highly reliable infrastructure systems ensuring 99.99% uptime

- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate infrastructure provisioning

- Enable engineering teams to build, deploy, and scale services independently

- Improve observability, monitoring, and reliability across systems

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows

- Work closely with product and engineering teams to scale infrastructure efficiently while optimizing cost

- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and automation across the organization

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer / SRE

- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker (container orchestration and deployment)

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet

- Strong scripting and automation experience using Python, Go, Bash, or Shell

- Experience working with distributed databases or data systems such as MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, or Kafka

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability, monitoring, networking, or distributed systems

Preferred Experience :

- Experience working with microservices architecture or event-driven systems

- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization practices

- Understanding of programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java

- Experience working in high-scale production environments or fast-growing product startups

Mandatory Requirements :

- Mandatory (Company) : Candidates must be from good / well-funded / early-stage product-based companies

- Mandatory (Education) : BE / B.Tech or equivalent degree
