We are looking for an experienced Senior Devops Engineer Lead to manage cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes operations, and site reliability for a global enterprise environment. The role involves taking ownership of critical infrastructure components, driving operational excellence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of Kubernetes operations and cluster troubleshooting, ensuring smooth deployment and high availability of production workloads.

- Manage AWS infrastructure and Linux systems, maintaining performance, security, and stability.

- Perform site reliability engineering tasks, including monitoring, incident debugging, and root-cause analysis of production issues.

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and infrastructure updates.

- Participate in cloud migration projects, contributing to strategy, planning, and execution.

- Collaborate with global teams on networking and CDN operations to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

- Mentor junior engineers, guide troubleshooting efforts, and foster best practices within the team.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to resolve incidents and optimize cloud operations.

- Ensure adherence to operational best practices, compliance standards, and security protocols.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Proven experience leading production-grade Kubernetes clusters, managing deployments, monitoring performance, and resolving complex issues in real-time.

- Extensive hands-on experience managing AWS environments and Linux systems, including performance tuning, security, and infrastructure optimization.

- Skilled in monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving production incidents, applying SRE principles to maintain uptime, reliability, and system efficiency.

- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, releases, and infrastructure provisioning.

- Familiarity with planning and executing cloud migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.

- Conceptual understanding of global network architecture, CDN operations, and traffic optimization, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
