Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize PTC Windchill solutions based on business requirements.

- Configure and enhance Windchill modules, workflows, lifecycles, and business rules.

- Develop customizations using Java, JSP, and Windchill APIs.

- Build and support integrations between Windchill and enterprise applications such as ERP and CAD systems.

- Develop and optimize workflows, reports, and data migration solutions.

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

- Prepare technical documentation and follow development best practices.

Required Skills :

- 5-10 years of experience in PTC Windchill Development.

- Strong expertise in Windchill Customization and Configuration.

- Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, and Windchill APIs.

- Experience in Workflows, Lifecycles, Access Control, Business Rules, and Change Management.

- Knowledge of PLM concepts, CAD integrations, and ERP integrations.

- Experience with SQL, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with PTC Creo integration.

- Exposure to REST APIs, Web Services, and system integrations.

- Experience with Windchill upgrades, migration, and production support.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and version control tools.
