About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and system integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and possess domain knowledge in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Develop custom applications using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and LWC.

- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Participate in code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

- Support deployment, testing, and release management activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong Salesforce Development experience (7+ years)

- Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Salesforce Integrations (REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Middleware)

- Salesforce Sales Cloud

- Salesforce Service Cloud

- SOQL & SOSL

- Salesforce Security & Sharing Model

- Deployment tools (Gearset, Copado, Change Sets, VS Code)

- Git Version Control

Mandatory Requirements :

- 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience

- Hands-on Apex and LWC development expertise

- Strong Integration experience

- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

- BFSI Domain Experience

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Comfortable working in Night Shift (11:30 PM 7:30 AM IST)

- Ready to work from Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, or Gurgaon

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications

- Experience in large enterprise Salesforce implementations
