As a Senior D365 CE Developer, you will serve as a technical anchor for complex enterprise implementations, bridging the gap between intricate business requirements and scalable technical solutions. You will work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and client stakeholders to design and deploy custom extensions within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environment. Your work will directly influence the operational efficiency of our clients by streamlining customer-facing processes and ensuring seamless system integrations that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance custom plugins, workflows, and web resources to extend the core functionality of MS Dynamics 365 CE for enterprise-level clients.

- Lead the design and implementation of complex integrations between D365 and third-party applications using .NET, Azure Logic Apps, and RESTful APIs to ensure unified data flow.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish technical standards to maintain system stability, security, and performance across all project lifecycles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous business requirements into robust technical specifications that align with long-term organizational goals.

- Mentor junior developers by sharing best practices in C# development and D365 architecture to foster a culture of technical excellence within the engineering team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CE development, including advanced configuration, customization, and deployment strategies.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework to build scalable, maintainable server-side components and custom business logic.

- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical constraints and solutions to non-technical stakeholders and project managers.

- Show a proven ability to manage end-to-end technical delivery in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment across Gurgaon, Chennai, or Bangalore.

- Maintain a minimum of 9 to 12 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade CRM solutions.
